Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
This page lays out what TrafficLane ("we", "us") collects, what we do with it, and what choices you have. It covers advertisers who open an account, people routed through our links, and anyone who writes to us.
1. What we collect
1.1 Your account
When you sign up, we keep your email, a hashed password, and anything you add to your profile. We also keep your wallet balance and the campaigns you run.
1.2 Payment details
When you top up, we record the amount, the currency, the crypto network used, and a transaction ID. We don't hold your card numberor your crypto keys — those stay with the payment provider.
1.3 Visitor data
When someone clicks a routing link, we log their IP (just to work out the country), a device type read from the user-agent, the campaign they were sent to, and the time. We don't build ad profiles from any of it. We don't sell it.
1.4 Contact form
If you write to us through the form, we keep your name, email, subject, message, and the IP the message came from — so we can reply and so we can catch abuse.
2. What we do with it
- Run your account — sign-in, wallet, campaigns.
- Route visitors to your page and match them to the right campaign.
- Process top-ups and refunds through our payment providers.
- Catch fraud, abuse, and anything that breaks our Acceptable Use Policy.
- Reply to messages you send us.
- Meet legal obligations when we have to.
3. Who else touches the data
A handful of providers help us run the service:
- Payment providers handle top-ups and refunds.
- A hosting provider runs the app and the database.
- An email provider delivers account and receipt emails.
They only see what they need to do their job. We don't sell or rent personal data to anyone.
4. Cookies
We use a small number of cookies, just enough to keep you signed in. No third-party ad trackers, no cross-site profiling.
5. How long we keep things
Account and campaign records stick around while your account is open. Visitor logs are kept for up to 12 months for delivery checks and disputes, then wiped automatically. Contact messages are kept up to 24 months. You can ask us to delete sooner — see below.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to see, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold on you, and pull consent when you gave it. Write to us through the contact form from the email on your account and we'll get to it.
7. Security
We use the usual protections: HTTPS in transit, encrypted secrets at rest, row-level database policies, and hashed passwords. No system is bulletproof. Use a strong, unique password, and tell us right away if you think someone got into your account.
8. Kids
TrafficLane isn't for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from children.
9. Data across borders
Our servers and providers may live outside your country. Using the service means you're okay with your data being handled in those places under similar protections.
10. Changes
We'll update this page from time to time. If we change something big, we'll email registered advertisers and put a notice at the top of this page. Using the service after that means you accept the update.
11. Questions
Anything privacy-related? Use the contact form and pick "General Inquiry" or "Report Abuse".
