Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
These Terms cover how you use TrafficLane. Open an account or launch a campaign and you're agreeing to them.
1. What the service is
TrafficLane is a pre-paid marketplace for targeted web traffic. You create a campaign — a URL, a country, a device type, a visit count — and we route real people from our social channels to that URL, deducting from your wallet as each visit is delivered.
2. Who can use it
- You have to be 18 or older.
- You have to be allowed to accept these Terms, for yourself or the company you're signing up for.
- You can't be barred from receiving the service under the laws that apply to you.
3. Your account
Keep your login private. Everything done on your account is your responsibility. If you think someone else got in, tell us right away.
4. Wallet and billing
- Campaigns are pre-paid. You have to fund your wallet before you can launch.
- When a campaign starts, its full cost is held aside from your wallet.
- As real visits are delivered, the held amount is drawn down one visit at a time. Anything not delivered is never billed.
- Cancel or finish a campaign and whatever wasn't spent goes back into your wallet.
- Top-ups run through our payment providers. Once the money's in your wallet you can spend it on campaigns or ask to withdraw it, per our Refund Policy.
5. Your landing pages
You are responsible for the URLs you send traffic to and everything on those pages. They have to follow our Acceptable Use Policy. If they don't, we can pause, suspend, or shut the campaign down.
6. Things you can't do
- No malware, phishing, or drive-by downloads.
- Nothing illegal in the country the traffic is going to.
- No fake, deceptive, or misleading landing pages.
- No trying to reverse-engineer, scrape, or bypass our routing.
- No sending our traffic at sites you don't own or control.
7. Uptime
We aim for the service to be up, but we don't promise it's up 100% of the time. Delivery speed depends on real traffic being available for the country and device you picked. We may pause or change parts of the service for maintenance, safety, or legal reasons.
8. No guarantees
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranties, express or implied — including on merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement.
9. Limits of what we owe you
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business. The most we'll ever owe you for any claim about the service is the amount you paid us in the 90 days before the claim.
10. Suspension and closing accounts
We can suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or the law, or if we have good reason to think there's fraud, chargeback abuse, or harm to other users. If we close an account for a reason like that, any wallet balance tied to the bad activity may be forfeited, as described in the Refund Policy.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. If we change something material, it takes effect 14 days after we email you or post a notice in the app.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], ignoring conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute has to be settled in the courts of [Jurisdiction].
