Refund Policy
Last updated: July 2026
The rule is simple: you only pay for visits we deliver. Here's how that works.
1. How billing works
- When you launch a campaign, its total cost (target visits × price per visit) is held from your wallet and set aside for that campaign.
- Each time a real visit hits your page, that amount is drawn down one visit at a time. Undelivered visits are never billed.
- When the campaign finishes or you cancel it, anything that wasn't spent goes right back into your wallet.
2. Cancelling a live campaign
You can cancel from your dashboard whenever you want. When you do:
- Delivery stops right away.
- Visits already delivered are billed at the campaign's per-visit price.
- The rest of the held amount goes back into your wallet — not back to your card or crypto address.
3. Cashing out your wallet
Money in your wallet can be sent back to the crypto address you used to top up. Some things to know:
- Payouts are handled by a person on our team, usually within 5 business days.
- Any network or processor fees come out of the amount you're withdrawing.
- For larger payouts we may ask for ID, to keep fraud and money-laundering rules in check.
- Payouts go back to the same account that funded the top-up unless we've agreed otherwise.
4. No refunds on visits already delivered
Once a visit has been routed to your URL, we can't take it back. Traffic is verifiable in your own analytics — if a running campaign looks wrong, tell us before it finishes and we'll dig in.
5. When we can't deliver
If a campaign just can't be delivered — say there's no traffic for that country and device for a long stretch — we'll let you know and either switch it to different targeting or return the held amount to your wallet in full.
6. Rule breaks and suspensions
If we suspend a campaign for breaking our Acceptable Use Policy (say, a phishing page or a malware page), visits already delivered are non-refundable and the rest of the held amount may be forfeited to cover the time we spend looking into it and any payment-processor fees.
7. Chargebacks
Please talk to us before you dispute a charge with your bank. Most things get sorted faster and better that way. Filing a chargeback on visits that were actually delivered can get your account suspended.
8. How to ask
Cancel campaigns from your dashboard. For a wallet payout or anything else refund-related, use the contact form and pick "Payment Issue" as the subject.
